In 2003 I graduated with a BA in Human Studies with a concentration in Latin American Studies.  After traveling to Mexico, then working a desk job where I got to use my Spanish, I decided to pursue my interests in the healing arts and attended the Virginia School of Massage in 2007.  In 2012 I embarked on a life-changing journey across the country and ended up falling in love with the Pacific Northwest.  I obtained my Washington massage license in 2014.

I have taken many continuing ed classes and am always excited to incorporate new techniques into my sessions.  My massage style is both relaxing and therapeutic, tailored to each client's individual needs.  I am a firm believer that deep pressure is not necessary in order to provide lasting relief.  I am super excited to now be able to offer craniosacral therapy, a very gentle but powerful treatment modality that encourages health and balance within the central nervous system.  Some of the many conditions it can help with are migraines, jaw tension/teeth grinding or clenching, fatigue, and low back pain.

In my spare time I enjoy skiing and going on adventures with my daughter.
